CBRS services are helpful when you have identified areas in your life that you want to improve on and want help learning and practicing the skills needed for success. For example, if you struggle with panic attacks, CBRS services can assist you in learning skills to manage feelings of anxiety and panic, and be there with you in your home and community and help you use your skills so the feelings of panic anxiety are not so disabling.
